CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUESTED

IMMEDIATE RELEASE
On January 1st, 2020, the General Law provision of Section 48.2 went into effect that prohibits smoking/use of tobacco products in our lodge homes. The provision reads: “The use of any tobacco product or smoking device (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited at any time in the social quarters or lodge home. The use of any tobacco product or smoking device (including e-cigarettes) is allowed on lodge property in lawful outdoor areas or areas for which the General Governor’s Office has provided a dispensation.” The membership of the Order overwhelmingly approved this provision at the 2019 International Convention, and expect that they can now enter any Lodge to enjoy a smoke free experience, and that their smoking brothers and qualified guests have been appropriately accommodated.
Any violations of Section 48.2 will be handled by members of the Moose International Field Staff. Complaints can be forwarded to the Moose International General Governor’s Office for follow-up.

BUSING YOUR TABLE
Please bus your table after you and your friends are done for the evening as it's your responsibility. Thanks!!!
BICYCLE PARKING
Members are reminded that bicycles are not to be parked in the building for any reason. You can park and lock your bicycles under the back roof near the back door. Don't block any doors that could be a potential fire exit hazard. Thank you!
FLAG POLE BOX
Please don’t use the Flag Pole Box as a trash can or ashtray. People have been throwing beer bottles, cigarette butts and other trash in the box.
CHECK CASHING & DEPOSITING
Our new check cashing policy is each member can only cash $50 dollars per day.
Due to the abundant increase in checks being cashed at the Lodge and ATM use we will be depositing checks more frequently then before. It's possible it could be every other day based on the number of checks cashed. Please keep that in mind when cashing a check at the Lodge.
JUKEBOX DURING MEETING
The jukebox is not to be played during any meeting being held in the back dinning hall. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding
